Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Memberships are non-transferable to another person.

Entry is permitted only to registered members with a valid and active membership.

Non-members are not allowed inside the premises without prior permission from management.

Membership validity is limited to the selected plan period. Access will be automatically disabled upon expiry unless renewed.

Members are responsible for renewing their membership on or before the expiry date to avoid interruption of access.

Sharing of access credentials, passwords, QR codes, biometric access, or any other entry method is strictly prohibited.

Members are permitted to use only the seat assigned to them. Occupying, reserving, or using another member's seat without prior approval from management is strictly prohibited.

Management reserves the right to reassign seats, temporarily or permanently, whenever necessary for operational requirements, maintenance, or space management.

Members must maintain silence and avoid disturbing others.

Mobile phones should be kept on silent mode at all times.

Phone calls, video calls, and online meetings should be taken outside the study area.

Playing audio through speakers or any device that disturbs other members is strictly prohibited.

Members must maintain cleanliness and use all facilities responsibly.

Any damage caused to study space property, furniture, equipment, or facilities may result in repair or replacement charges being recovered from the member.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, drug use, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

Pets are not allowed inside the study space.

Children are not allowed inside the study area unless specifically permitted by management.

CCTV surveillance is active throughout the premises for security and operational purposes.

Elevate Study Space is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or left unattended.

Lost and found items will be retained for a limited period at the discretion of management.

Members are expected to treat fellow students, visitors, and staff with respect at all times.

Management reserves the right to deny entry, suspend access, or cancel membership without refund if a member's behavior is disruptive, abusive, threatening, or violates these terms and conditions.

Members must comply with all safety, security, and emergency instructions issued by management.

Access to the study space may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, repairs, emergencies, technical issues, power failures, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond management's control.

Membership grants access to study facilities only and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of specific amenities or services.

By enrolling, members consent to receive important updates, renewal reminders, notices, and operational communications through WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, email, or other communication channels.

Violation of any rule or policy may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of membership without prior notice and without refund.

Management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any rules, policies, or terms and conditions at any time for the smooth operation and better management of the study space.
