We use this information to authenticate members, manage memberships and bookings, provide seat and access services, calculate attendance or study time, send important operational messages, and respond to support requests.
Google account and Meet data
If you choose to connect Google for Virtual Study Space, we use the requested Google account information to match your verified identity and create or manage study-room meetings. We do not store your Google password. Access tokens are kept on the backend and used only for the connected service.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with providers needed to operate Elevate Study Space, such as hosting, authentication, notifications, access-control, and Google APIs, or when required for security, legal, or safety reasons. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention and security
