A weekly view helps you distribute work before deadlines become emergencies.

Build a weekly plan that balances classes, revision, practice, rest and catch-up time. In this guide, you’ll find practical steps you can adapt to your own schedule and goals.

1. Add Fixed Commitments First

Mark classes, travel, meals, sleep and existing commitments. This prevents you from planning with time you do not actually have.

2. Choose Weekly Outcomes

Select a small number of meaningful outcomes for the week. Break each into tasks that fit individual study blocks.

3. Leave Catch-up Space

Keep at least one flexible block. If the week goes as planned, use it for revision or rest rather than filling it automatically.
